How long will it take to get my order?
Believe it or not, a lot of that depends on you!
Once your order has been submitted, the Slapco® pre-press team will prepare a digital proof (ie. mockup) for your approval within 1-2 business days. If you do not request any changes within 3 days of receiving your proof, your order will be automatically approved and head straight to production.
Once your proof has been approved, your order will be sent to production and produced within 5-7 business days.
Do you offer expedited shipping and production?
Slapco® can work with you on the tightest of timelines, but we do not offer a production rush on orders under $100 and on promotional items.
If your order qualifies, contact us after you have placed it and give us your target in-hand date. We will work with you to make it happen!
Expedited shipping options with guaranteed delivery dates are not available at checkout but are available if you contact us after your order has been placed.
Will I receive a proof / mockup before my order is produced?
Within 1-2 business days after placing your order you will receive a digital proof to the email address on your order.
Once your proof has been sent, you will have 3 days to approve it or request changes. If we do not receive a response within 3 days, your order will be automatically approved and moved to the production queue.
I need to order a quantity, size, or material that I don't see listed on your website.

I received a discount code, but it is not working on a sticker promo.
Unfortunately, discounts cannot be stacked on top of other promotional offers.
Do you ship outside of the US?
