How does it work? AI-driven background detection does a lot of the heavy lifting. Once you upload your artwork, the Sticker Builder will automatically detect if a background color exists. Answer a couple of prompts and it traces the contours of your design right before your eyes.
Need a rectangle, circle, or square sticker? Easy! The Slapco® Sticker Builder automagically fits your uploaded artwork to the edge of the shape perfectly.
Need to add a QR code, add text, or change the border color? Not a problem! Hit the "Adjust Your Sticker" button before adding to cart and you will be able to change background colors, add a custom QR code, or add your Instagram Handle to the edge of the sticker.
Still want a manual proof? Not to worry! Request one anytime before you check out.
What about working files? (.PDF, .AI, .SVG, .EPS) We accept those too but since each one is very different, you will automatically get a manual proof sent your way 1-2 business days after you place your order.

What if I upload a vector file like a PDF, AI, SVG, or EPS?
Vector files are a bit more complex, so we'll automatically generate a manual proof for you to approve before we start production.
How long will it take to get my order?
Believe it or not, a lot of that depends on you!
If you use the Slapco® Builder to design your order, your order will head straight to production! If you like what you see, no more more waiting for proofs after you've placed your order!
If you would like a more personal touch to your design(s), you can upload your artwork and a real live human at Slapco® will prepare a digital proof (ie. mockup) for your approval within 1-2 business days. If you do not request any changes within 3 days of receiving your proof, your order will be automatically approved and head straight to production.
Once we have reached the approval stage, your order will be sent to production and produced within 8-10 business days for promotionally priced stickers and 5-7 business days for all other offerings.
Do you offer expedited shipping and production?
Slapco® can work with you on the tightest of timelines, but we cannot offer a production rush on promotionally priced items.
If you need your stickers fast, click here to order Die Cut Stickers. Once you have placed your order, contact us with your target in-hand date and we will work with you to make that happen.
Expedited shipping options with guaranteed delivery dates are not available at checkout but are available if you contact us.
Will I receive a proof / mockup before my order is produced?
If you use the Slapco® Order Builder, your order will head straight to production and you will not receive a proof. If you choose to upload your artwork and have us create the cut lines for you, within 1-2 business days after placing your order you will receive a digital proof to the email address on your order.
Once your proof has been sent, you will have 3 days to approve it or request changes. If we do not receive a response within 3 days, your order will be automatically approved and moved to the production queue.
I need to order a quantity, size, or material that I don't see listed on your website.

Unfortunately, discounts cannot be stacked on top of other promotional offers.
Can you get my order to me in time for an event I have coming up?
We can certainly try! For orders over $100, we do not charge a rush free so if you're on a time crunch, feel free to shoot us a message on Instagram or Facebook, the chat function on this site, or contact us here.
Do I still get a proof before my order goes to print?
If you use the Slapco Sticker Builder, your real-time mockup is your proof. What you see on screen is what will gets printed. If something doesn't look right and you'd like a manual proof reviewed by our team, just request one before completing your order and we will send you a proof to approve within 1-2 business days before your order goes to print.
Do you ship outside of the US?
At the moment, no but we will be adding more shipping options in the very near future. Watch this space!
