How long will it take to get my order?
Believe it or not, a lot of that depends on you!
If you use the Slapco Builder to design your order, your order will head straight to production! If you like what you see, no more more waiting for proofs after you've placed your order!
If you would like a more personal touch to your design(s), you can upload your artwork and a real live human at Slapco will prepare a digital proof (ie. mockup) for your approval within 1-2 business days. If you do not request any changes within 3 days of receiving your proof, your order will be automatically approved and head straight to production.
Once we have reached the approval stage, your order will be sent to production and produced within 5-7 business days.
Will I receive a proof / mockup before my order is produced?
If you use the Slapco Sticker or Banner builder, your order will head straight to production and you will not receive a proof. If you choose to upload your artwork and have us create the cut lines for you, within 1-2 business days after placing your order you will receive a digital proof to the email address on your order.
Once your proof has been sent, you will have 3 days to approve it or request changes. If we do not receive a response within 3 days, your order will be automatically approved and moved to the production queue.
I need to order a quantity, size, or material that I don't see listed on your website.

Do you ship outside of the US?
At the moment, no but we will be adding more shipping options in the very near future. Watch this space!

not sure if I didn't read the fine print but it seems the company upgraded the sizes complimentarily or I didn't read something correctly. I was expecting smaller stickers so not sure if I misread something while ordering. print quality is ok(not the best print service I received from a sticker company) but overall happy because stickers are larger than what I expected to receive and delivery time was pretty good. great price!
